I have checked the Ministry of Information website and it doesn't show up in the banned websites list. I have also emailed the Newgrounds support, and they told me that they received some reports as well but cannot do anything about it. They suggested contacting the Ministry of Information, but I didn't, I lazy; maybe you can if you want to.
